Milestone Recovery provides compassionate care for individuals experiencing substance use disorders, mental illness, and homelessness. They operate an emergency shelter and detox program at 65 India Street.

What to expect
For detox, call (207) 775-4790 option 2 to check bed availability. Walk-ins accepted at the shelter.
